Strips of sirloin steak with shaved Fennel, tossed with baby greens, diced tomatoes, black olives, red onions and Parmesan cheese in a lemon thyme vinaigrette.

Sauteed shrimp tossed with mixed greens, Bleu cheese crumbles, toasted pecans, strawberries, Mandarin oranges and a Balsamic vinaigrette.
