AHI TUNA Sesame crusted served medium rare with Jasmine rice and Balsamic vinaigrette. RED SNAPPER Spiced and seared and served on roasted red pepper risotto with tomato puree and finished with green onion slaw. PORK TENDERLOIN Cashew crusted and served with Teriyaki Thai sauce, coconut rice and avocado mango salsa. PEPPERCORN BEEF TENDERLOIN Seared and served with Creole mustard sauce, artichokes, mushrooms, sun dried tomato ragout and garlic mashed potatoes. CRAB STUFFED SHRIMP Large shrimp stuffed with lump crab meat and bacon wrapped, topped with a Bing Cherry Barbeque sauce. TEMPURA CHICKEN Airline breast seasoned in beer batter and topped with candied pecans, Roma tomatoes, brandy orange marmalade and served over sticky rice. TRIO PLATTER Beer battered airline breast, Peppercorn beef tenderloin, Crab stuffed shrimp with Wheat Berry rice. DessertDAILY SELECTION
