BOURBON GLAZED BEEF TENDERLOIN Beef tenderloin medallions charbroiled with bacon bourbon glaze, carmelized shallot mashed potatoes, sauteed asparagus and Cheron sauce. GRILLED ORANGE ROUGHY Served with Greek orzo salad, marinated shrimp, mustard dill vinaigrette. TRIO PLATTER Bourbon glazed beef tenderloin, marinated chicken breast, Scallops St. Jacques, angel hair pasta and garlic green beans GRILLED PORK CHOP Served with a maple Chipotle glaze on cream cheese polenta with a charbroiled wild berry relish. MAHI MAHI Seared and served on caramelized onion risotta, wilted spinich and sundried tomato and artichoke pesto. TARRAGON CHICKEN BREAST Seared with mushrooms, julienne roasted red peppers in a Dijon tarragon cream on goat cheese polenta with fresh asparagus.
